WORLD WATER WAVE
The 19th of March, World Water Wave will be held at Teaterskeppet, which is an old fishing boat located in a city built on water: Stockholm.
The purpose of the event is to emphasize the neccessity of water for individual life, as well as for whole societies.

Moderator for the evening: Carin Hellström
Carin Hellström has a Master degree in public health science and a Certificate of dance from Alvin Ailey Dance School in New York city, and her goal is to combine the two through research. At World Water Wave, she can use her educational background and her moderating experience to guide us through all the elements of the evening, like it's a dance.
Speaker one: Somayeh cardeijn
Somayeh Cardeijn is currently writing a master thesis within the field of human rights at University College Stockholm. With a strong passion for sustainability and the well-being of animals and humans, Somayeh is interested in the actions we as individuals can perform that has a positive impact on the world, and works to inform and engage others on these actions.
Speaker two: Ahmed Al-Qassam
Ahmed Al-Qassam is a veteran and has been working within environmental- and climate related issues for around ten years. As a founder of Miljöpodden and as a former director of the organization PUSH, he has been noted as one of the 30th powerful people working with sustainability. Ahmed actively raises questions regarding conflicts of interest, as well as how to engage the youth in the work fosustainability.
Emilia Olausson, a magical tattoo artist, will also be present at the event and create lifelong art on your skin. For her hand poked art, she strictly uses vegan products. So why not make the evening even more memorable with one of her pre-printed artwork on your skin, for a reduced price? As our bodies and our planet consist of around 70 percent water, she has also decided to donate 70% of her revenue to WaterAid. Win for you, win for arts and for the climate.
